Hello, my name is Nic Sievers, I am a 30 year old artist and 3d generalist. I recently finished work at Rhythm & Hues after a year and a half. I was a modeler on several film productions including Fast and Furious, Night at the Museum:Battle of the Smithsonian, Land of the Lost and Aliens in the Attic to name a few. After a year I then switch to lighting where I completed 18 shots on Alvin and the Chipmunks: The Squeakqual. I really enjoyed lighting and I look forward to further lighting projects.

I really enjoy modelling, however I have always like having my hands in all aspects of visual effects production. So hopefully after some time I can work my way up to a Visual Effects Supervisor position. Eventually after I have reached my other goals, I plan to teach at a college level.

Graduated from The Savannah College of Art of Design with a Master of Fine Arts in Visual Effects

Born in Syracuse, NY and lived 45 minutes north of there all of high school.

Current Goals:

-Get working on some new projects outside of work.

-get out more...camping, biking?

-learn a new language.
